Cornstarch Sticks
Bihon.  Cornstarch based thin white noodles.  Recommended for soup or stir-fried cooking and other favorite Filipino dishes.
 
Cornstarch Noodles
Lug-lug.  Cornstarch based thick white noodles.  For use with the favorite Filipino dish - Pancit Palabok or Pancit Malabon.  Can also be use in stir-fried cooking. 
 
Flour Sticks
Pancit Canton.  Flour based fried yellow noodles.  Recommended for stir-fried cooking. This noodles is also famously known as birthday noodles.

 
Mung Bean Vermicelli
Sotanghon.  Mung bean based clear noodles.  Another favorite noodles used in Asian cuisines.  This can be cooked with soup or stir-fired.

 
Thick Chinese Style Noodles
Pancit Lomi.  Flour based fried thick yellow noodles.  This noodles can be more savory in your stir-fired cooking since it can absorb more flavors.
 
Chinese Vermicelli
Misua.  Flour based white noodles.  Some like it soft and plain, this noodles can be used in soup and stir-fried dishes.
